We ask for account 30% of the total price of the stay .It will be not refund if you have to cancel . Guests will only pay upon checking out In hight season ,for group’ reservations (more 2 people ) or stay more than 2 nights ,we ask for account 30% of the total price of the stay .It will be not refund if you have to cancel . The sold will be paid 15 days before arrival for reservation between 3 and 5 nights The sold will be paid 30 days for reservation more than 5 nights .

| This place was VERY dificult to find and was waaay out in no were. Charters and other sigtseeings were atleast 30 min drive. This b&b had No visible sign in front and we drove by it 5 times. the check in time was 5 pm!! the hotel itself was old barnhouse and the 110 euro for one night waaay over priced!!!!!!!! |

| Very hospitable, very friendly. Good breakfast. Clean, comfortable but cozy rooms. Good public areas. A little difficult to find. |

| The site was very difficult to find -- at night and in the rain. Driving instructions need to be more specific. Good restaurants in nearby Mantinon, especially the Chinese restaurant near the Hotel de Ville. About 25 minutes to Chartres. |
